When I relist or make a listing to sell a item ebay automatically checks the International Shipping box. I have already excluded all international locations. Which option has priority? I have a lot of items to relist so do I have to relist one at a time in order to uncheck the box? THANKS.

I'm unsure why this is happening to you.

Maybe go check your Site Preferences and make sure you are NOT opt'd into GSP, thats a program on Ebay for shipping internationally.
