Product now showing for North America clients

Hi, i dont understand why my items now showing for Canada and USA custumers in search. 
All other contries see may products. 
For example if you search for this product: EZVIZ DP2C

Also i noticed.
1)Probles with searching is then when someones search from country where is different currency, if somone search from country where currency is EUR then they can find easy my products. 

2) Somehow searching from USA you can find it if you use whole name of product, but it says

• Results matching fewer words

Not sure what you are asking...........I, in USA, see your products, but think some of your shipping is incorrect on the items shipped from Nashville, Tenn........

Here i tried different settings. 
For example can you find my product in search for: Ezviz H9C Wi-Fi 2 Lens Camera 

Because if i set shipping to USA, i cant find it in search

I can see those listings in the US.
