I would request ebay reconsider having product reviews in the Coins category. They are useless and often harmful.
Every coin is unique. A review for another seller's coin of the same date has no bearing whatsoever on the quality/condition of the current seller's offering. The review can offer no guidence to a potential buyer. However, if the review is low, it can make the seller's coins look bad for no reason.
Reviews may work well for other categories, but not on coins. Does anyone agree?
