Product Review question - not feedback

I sold several sets of Tommy Bahama melamine dinner plates the past year and received positive feedback, no returns.

A buyer purchased an identical set from another seller and left a one star product review stating they arrived broken.  (Not from me).

Her one star review now shows up on my listing.  Totally not fair.  Not my sale. 

Any way I can get that removed from my listing?

Also, arrived broken, isn't that seller feedback, not a product review?

Sorry, you can't have the product reviews removed from your listings.

Yes, that is feedback for a particular transaction, not a product review. You can report that review as being inappropriate because it related to a transaction. 

I don't know how long it might take eBay to react to the report, but that's the only option to get the review removed.
