Hi everyone, I'm planning to start selling on ebay very soon. I have few item that belong to different categories (Ex- food items and craft items) to sell. is it possible a single seller to make listings for different categories?

Yes, you can list in different categories.

Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.
