Process in Leaving Negative Feedback

Negative feedbacks have such a big impact on sales, eBay should require that buyers go through eBay resolution process or  contact sellers first before leaving any negative feedbacks.  I do not think it is fair for a buyer to leave a negative feedback without contacting the seller.    I ask eBay to make it known to buyers that if there are any problems to go through the eBay resolution process first.  Right now, buyers are free to leave negative feedbacks without contacting the seller and this is unfair to a seller that works hard to maintain good customer relations.  And, how it is right now, it takes so much time and effort by the seller to even find out why a customer left a negative feedback.  Negative feedbacks are powerful enough to put a large dent into sales figures, which also means less money for eBay, too.

Process in Leaving Negative Feedback

Never will happen. We find out there was a problem with a purchase thru the feedback the buyer left. Some leaving it 50 days past the delivery date. That means they had 49 days to contact us with a problem.

Some buyers will however contact with a issue the day it's delivered or a few days later.

Funny thing is once they blindside you with bad feedback my vision goes bad, key board will not work or for some weird reason we nolonger can read english.

Bend over backwards to those who contact us first with a issue.........

They kinda do.  When the buyer checks the Negative button, a message appears recommending the buyer contact the seller first, and includes a link to do so.

I think the concept of "forcing the buyer" to do anything is out of style in the 21st Century.

Process in Leaving Negative Feedback

Seems like it would be easier for a buyer to contact a seller to try and get a situation fixed prior to feedback.
Feedback is suppose to be the the feedback of the entire transaction. Not buy something, get it delivered then leave bad feedback.
Should be buy something then contact a seller first prior to feedback then if the buyer is not satisfied then hit the bad feedback.
We are done once the bad feedback is left. Why try and help buyers can't remove or change it without a seller sending in ONE feedback revision only.
