The guy said the toys have novalue now because of "damage" He doesn't want to return I'm not sure how it's all going to go down but, I found out the guy's a seller too! Return for refund. Rinse and repeat.
I do not believe in partials. After they are granted they always seem to want more.
And in the future, stick with your policy. Do not let buyers talk you into doing something you are not comfortable with.
As for the first transaction, what was listed on the paypal address. Shipping anywhere other than that leaves you no protection.
