Hi everyone, I wanted to share my concerns with the Authenticity Guarantee Program for selling sneakers. I have been an eBay member since 2017 selling close to 1,000 pairs of shoes on here. I've had no problems with selling up until the start of the authenticity program. I just sold a pair of Yeezys, which are completely authentic as I check every single pair of shoes that I sell. However, eBay deemed "unable to confirm authenticity" which resulted in a 10-day restriction on my account. I understand that mistakes might happen during the authenticity inspection but this is the 4th time I've had this issue. I trust eBay and their SneakerCon authenticity team, but they've missed the ball these past times and I have been penalized. I have seen others on here with similar issues, but I hope eBay can recognize the problems this creates for sellers.

Don't take it personal. Ebay has managed to screw every seller one way or another this whole year. They didn't miss one seller. First time they ever did something perfectly.

I just got an email from eBay inviting me to meet one of their sneaker authenticators. Which is odd, considering I never have and probably never will sell a pair of sneakers.

My shoes were sent back by the authentication department and I purchased them thru Confirmed. So what the hell is going on because I’m **bleep**.
