Problems combining shipping, error message.

I'm needing to send a buyer an invoice to combine shipping on three items.  I already did this with two other customers successfully, but now I'm getting some sort of error message stating: 

"Items that autopay in 1 hour, involve the vault, require an Authenticity Guarantee, or are exports cannot be shipped together and are not shown."

Has anyone experienced this?  How do I send a combined shipping invoice when this happens?

Is this an international sale? It is not possible to combine when shipping through eIS, for instance.

I don't have any more items for sale, so I'm not sure why it would do that.

I'm in the USA and the buyer is listed as "Carthage, US."

If you have "standard" auto-pay turned on (the one hour comment indicates that you do) then you cannot send an invoice.

You can tell your buyer that you will refund them the extra shipping they have to pay.
