I have recently encountered technical problems while writing my response to customer's questions. I am only able to write one letter at a time. To add a second letter I have to press the space button and put a cursor first before writing this letter. Then follow the same procedure till the end of the word. You can imagine how long it will take to write a simple sentence. I have tried three different platforms, that is Microsoft Edge, Chrom, Firefox, and probably Opera. All have the same issue. Restarting my computer didn't change anything. The issue is still present. I found the way of contacting my customers by copping the text previously written aside of eBay, however, this is only a temporary solution. So I am addressing this issue, because some other eBayers may experience the same problems.
