Problem with entering tracking # using ebay mobile app with a chrome book

Just recently, I am having problems entering the USPS tracking # on sold items using the mobile ebay app on my chromebook. I can update the status to sold but I can't enter the tracking # without the screen flashing and being unresponsive. I have to go to the full version ebay site to enter the data successfully. Anyone else having a similar problem?

Is the CB like my Surface?  If so then you don't need to use the app.  Use the standard website.

It seems every time ebay updates features, some sort of component in the ebay app becomes inoperable.  Yes, I then have to go to the full version ebay site to follow thru. The last problem I had was with paying for a purchase. I could buy it on the mobile version but I needed to go to the full version to complete the payment.  I liked the mobile app more than the full version..

I can’t enter tracking either, from the app or desktop. eBay has become a complete embarrassment.
