Problem with buyers requesting to purchase multiple items.

I have buyers wishing to purchase BIN items and they've told me that they are only allowed 1 BIN every 10 days. Have I done something wrong? If so what do I need to do. Do I need to take them off BIN? I've had 4 or 5 buyers tell me this.

You should take a look at your buyer requirements. You may have it set to block buyers who won items in ten days. You may want to uncheck that requirement.

Great now your  buyers shouldn't have any more problems ordering!

I went into the buyers section and noticed I didn't have it checkmarked but DID have a limit of 1 item every 10 days so I raised the limit from 1 to 25 and then checkmarked it. Thx for answering tho.
