I just got a message from a buyer "Return label needed please. Too small" for children's clothing.
How should I answer so they don't do a SNAD? They are a very small seller with a couple negs in the last few months.

Save that message, it is proof that the buyer return is for remorse. Tell them they can return and don't send them a label. If they file a SNAD, call ebay - get a US rep and have them look at the message and close the case in your favor. Once their case is closed ebay should remove any negs they leave.

Should I tell them to go through ebay returns? If I just tell them to return, they are going to ask for the label again.

What are the choices for return? I've never returned anything and I have no recent purchases, so I can't check

I'd like to know that too. Is there a choice for "does not fit"?

Tell your buyer to return for refund and nothing more. Good Luck to you.
