I was selling in Ebay about 7 years ago. Now I want to sell again but when try to register again, the problem is that when I want to write my address, living in Puerto Rico (same address I have as a buyer even more years ago, when the page ask me to select a STATE, in the drop down MENU, Puerto Rico is not in the list, is not a STATE. I have contacted about 3 times Customer Service but all representatives just say to me " in Address" select Puerto Rico", but How I can select from a list of States if Puerto Rico is not a State?. Also, you can not write Puerto Rico because only you can choose from the list in that menu. I have wrote to Ebay customer services just saying that, the help I need is that they copy my address there as Buyer to my address as Seller, is the same but nothing happen. In my last message to Ebay, that can be responded in 24 to 48 hours, there are 2 weeks and nothing received. How can I write my address in my seller account if I can not select Puerto Rico?. I am in Ebay from 2003 with the same address I am trying to write in my seller account and was there when I was selling until 2014. Thanks.
