Printed fine yesterday, tonight go to print a label and downloads a PDF in the top corner. I have to down load then change printing pref. to my thermal printer. I called in and Rep told me to click on bulk loader, click all then unclick then go print label. I knew they couldn't change a simple shipping rate and not screw it up.

You need to go into the Firefox settings and have PDF files open rather than saved.
Note that you may still see FF save the file, it was a change FF made, but you can turn that off in the FF control options.

I would recommend using Microsft Edge or Google Chrome as your primary browsers. Those browsers are more stable when compared to Firefox.
Good luck!

Wish I could view all your items. Click on next page shows 0 results. Tried list view and gallery view still 0 results. Tried 60 items per page to 240 items per page. On top of that other problems just great.

I use the selection to Print To PDF file. These files appear in my Downloads folder. I then print the files with Adobe. Once in a blue moon, I can reprint the label because of spilled coffee, etc.

Browser doesn't matter - I've had the same problem with Chrome and Edge. I've quit using eBay labels for now as it's so annoying.

Yep, still down. This is so annoying having to go in and change size of label to my thermo. Doesn't matter what browser I use.
