Problem While Promoting the Listing- UK

I would like to ask who can help me to fix a issue related to ebaymag. I want to promote my listing on ebaymag UK, however, it says" there was a problem while promoting". 

Could you please help?

The OP is listing on ebay.com, not ebay.co.uk. ebaymag.com is a listing tool for sellers to list on international sites.
