Problem Printing Labels

I anyone else having a Problem Printing Shipping Labels for Sold Items?

I get an "Internal Error" message meaning it is an eBay issue..

I would use Paypal but cannot add extra Insurance there..

for an International Package..

Please eBay... solve this issue ASAP...

Is it a problem with the purchase of the label or the actual printing, ie, sending it to your printer?

I can do neither...no purchase..no print...

The words Internal Error come up every time I try...

I did get CS on the phone (they called me) and said eBay is having an issue

with Printing Labels but they could not tell me anything further..like when it will

be Resolved..

@trbl13 Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Or tried a different browser?

I was just able to print another label..to someone in the USA...with no problem..

But the Label to the UK Buyer still will Not print...

This is the First Time this has happened to me...

I guess I will need to ship via the Post Office and write out the label...

I guess another possibility I forgot about. Are there any international shipping restrictions to its destination right now?

I have been shipping to the UK all month ..so that was not the issue although it crossed my mind...

I finally decided to go to the USPS site and ship through them and print the label..which is

much more complicated..but which I did...As a Power Seller I have to ship right away..so printing

labels on eBay is very important to me...I hope this issue get resolved on eBay..
