Are they still usable? Would it be regular priority rates?
I just found 5 boxes of them.

Yes to both questions.
I still have a small stash myself that I'm saving for the right shipments.

I still use them as regular weight based Priority. Since dimensions are over 1 cu ft, you have to careful about distance.

Be careful about distance or at least enter the dimensions accurately. The former Regional C box will ship at the 12-pound rate to Zones 5 - 8.

The C boxes aren't over a cubic foot. You might be thinking of the new PM box that came out.

I just measured one of my C boxes and it is 15x12x12 which is over 1 cu ft. What new PM box are you referring to?

Never mind - I got confused(very easy today). I was referring to the large FR box, which is fairly useless at 12x12x5 1/2.
You are correct. The RR-C's are over 1 cube.

No problem. I've been confused all day. Just ask Partial*eclipse.
