I did not receive my package and filed a claim for a total loss. But the Post Office is giving me the run around that it was marked delivered. But the mail chimp is a screw up. I spoke to the manager and he just confirmed. Should I call and ask them for the exact GPS coordinates? I live in the 3rd floor of an apartment building so it may not be accurate.
Not sure how items are delivered to your complex but you may want to not only check with your local PO, they often have pictures of the delivery drop off, you may also want to check with your apartment complex manager. If the mail is delivered to the complex and then somebody at the complex sorts the items and puts them in boxes or delivers to the apartments it may be that the apartment complex made an error in delivery.

If you live in an apartment building best bet is to get everything you order online signed for. I have to do this because otherwise they leave all the parcels down in the common foyer area and even under camera watch they sometimes get stolen. I also spoke to the local postman who knows to bring stuff up to the third floor to my door. Perhaps your package was taken by someone else. Not sure but I think apartment set up the same in US as it is here in Sydney. My bet is your package was stolen.
I had to pay shipping both ways and accept the return. eBay and the post office provide no remuneration although I bought the label through eBay. I lose the item as well as the shipping costs. What a crock.
