Printing the shipping label. How?

I pressed the "print shipping label"  button but it takes me to Roayal Mail front page. What am i supposed to do? I don't get it

I may have to refund the seller because i do not fully understand how this site works

Your registration states you are located in Finland, but registered on ebay UK.  I don't think you can print a label using Royal Mail if you are shipping from Finland.  I think you need to go to your local post office and ship from there.
