I just upgraded to Windows 10 and find that Google Chrome doens't work very well in it and Microsoft Edge shows a black screen where my shipping label should be. Is there a fix for this?

I print using edge and it works. It does have a black background. When I first started with it I think I had to update the driver for the printer.

Windows sees the printer just fine and I just loaded the latest Dymo software, too. The Java app seems to be nonfunctional. I can get Google Chrome going for a bit and last night did get it to print out my labels but with effort.
I wish there were other ways to get the label printed, like an app or something. This is a problem that seems to come up with updates of Java or browsers or operating systems.

You seem to be more tech savvy than I am. Went to windows 10 troubleshooting, clicked on the device which directed me to update the driver on my printer. Just because windows is seeing it doesn't mean it is interfacing properly. The black background should be showing your label print info. In my case, I have an older printer but it did work.
