I bought one of those fancy Rollo label makers and had a heck of a time getting it to work correctly. I must have printed out six or seven labels that I purchased thru Ebay. Do I have to cancel those labels? Will I be charged for each of those mistakes? If so how do I do that? Would appreciate any help. Lisa
I go here (may be different for you), but under Orders, then shipping, I can see the labels. If it was all the same label then only one charge, but if lots of the same label but different tracking number then each time you would be charged if you kept clicking on purchase label. I haven't had anyone refund me a label unless I went in there and cancelled it myself. Just note the one that worked for you and cancel the rest. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks before the cancel happens and you get refunded.
