Price set as range instead of real Buy it Now or Bid issues...

I like using eBay for purchase also but it is becoming more and more irritating that people place a "range" of price under the listing that is not the item they sell just some accessories.

It takes you half hour to find the true price of the best-priced merchandise because with a range they are able to undercut others and by reading their feedbacks they tell people that buyers should have read the description. 

Just imagine you walk into the store and you see a merchandise priced in range and you have to pick up each and read the small letters that the lower price is only the tag or a cable the merchandise is something else.  I think it's absurd. 

Amazon did NOT invent the no range rule, and they use it for a reason.

Fwiw, the seller doesn't place that "price range" in the search, eBay does, so they could very easily use an algorithm to determine the 'range' is so wide it's MV listing abuse and search manipulation, but they don't.

Variations should be for size, color etc.

Price should be the same for all items in that listing.

Many of us have told ebay to do away with these listings for quite a few years.
