They sure take down new members stuff quick but I noticed big Sellers get away with selling prescriptions even if it gets reported. Even saw one sponsored yesterday.

I put in the search word "drugs" and imo some questionable items came up like meds for chronic cardiovascular disease. They seem to be from countries outside the US.

JMO but the one I referenced looks like a prescription drug for someone who has heart problems. It is in Russian script so I cannot loook it up.
Also there are antiobiotics listed as well.

I once bought 2 portable nebulizers from a seller who asked me to fax him a prescription for them first before he would ship them to me. This was back when we could pay for items with money orders or checks.

Ebay would be the least of their problems.
Under various federal and state laws, it is illegal for people to sell prescription drugs if they do not have a valid license to write prescriptions. It is also illegal to distribute or give other persons prescription drugs without such a license.

We all know the proverbial situation that is you who gets penalized, not the others. ![]()
I've had like 3 times to be careful, not without having my items taken down, and no, they didn't ask me to take them down, Ebay did it.
That's when you get the "well, only me?" ![]()
Anybody with an inch of skin on their forehead knows that it only takes a few strikes on the keyboard, if you were working for Ebay, to find hundreds, if not thousands of items that are in the borderline of being "illegal-prohibited-you name the punishment". But nothing is done. So, just keep going.

I can't buy prescription drugs for myself except from untrusted or unknown sources, that is a dicey proposition. It isn't my job to police the streets of ebay, I know the rules but I do not enforce them. As for the medication situation, I just got done paying $250 to a practicioner up the road from me to tell me they don't know what is wrong with my foot and I should go see an orthopedic doctor.
Fine, but don't believe for one instant that I always feel guilty when it comes to procuring my medications or that for my animals (which by the way, cross-reference to a considerable extent).
Ibuprofen is toxic to dogs.
Now you know that.
