Prepaid items not received

I ordered 3 items and I received only 1 . My order  included rotors , brake pads for Toyota sienna and 2 other items as desire item and another one . I was charged for all 3 but I received the rotors only for the car . And I don’t know who and how to contact eBay for claim. Thank you . If you want us to trust you you need to be honest with our orders . My username is

Was it all the same order or different orders?

Open an INR case for the items you did not receive.  If they were supposed to come in one package open a NAD case and return for a complete refund.

First thing did you contact the seller? Start there maybe they shipped in different boxes and the others are on the way.

Find your purchase history under My eBay and track the order, there may be more than one box.   If not contact the seller. and see what's up.

This is less an Item Not Received than a Not As Described.

If there was one seller, three orders, and one package, all three orders could easily be deemed by the robots to have been delivered.

With a Not As Described, the seller will be told to send you a Return Shipping Label and to refund you when the purchase gets back.

Yes, you will be returning the single item you did receive.

No, you will not get replacements.

Yes, you will get your money refunded.

Yes, this is an annoying waste of time.

But there is no reason to believe that the seller can and will replace the short shipment with the full order.

Take the money.
