Pre-Loved Partner Program

Ok .. is anyone part of the Pre-loved Partner Program here? I was invited to the program mid April. I had to fill out a form and sign and email back. After that they emailed me saying that all is good and that my badge would start May 5th and that I'll get another email "in the coming weeks". It's now mid July and I still don't have badges on my items .. and there's no direct contact info for this program. I've tried customer service but they are clueless. I was really excited to be part of this but I don't know what is going on and have noone to contact to help.

I wonder if the program is just having a very slow roll-out? I don't qualify, due to having just a personal account, but I've sold pre-owned clothing for years and follow the market, and haven't heard much chatter about it. You could try eBay CS on social media - they may have more information.

@the_relaxing_olive  The program seems to be live, though I haven't seen it much in the wild.  This link below, if you scroll down will show you items from sellers in the program.  I personally couldn't join b/c I don't allow returns.  I could have sworn I saw something a few weeks ago, can't remember if it was a commercial or exactly what.

Yeah, "pre-loved partner" feels a little passed around. 

You'd think eBay could think of a better name than that.

Hi there. Yes I know the program is live - my issue is that I was invited to join - did all of the stuff needed/paper work - got an email from them saying 'welcome' and that my badge and everything will go live on May 5th. It's now July 19th and nothing. And no one responds to any emails. I was invited - told my badge will go on weeks ago - and was ghosted basically. So I'm looking on here to see if anyone else is in the program and could help me figure out what to do.

Yeah that's  a good idea trying social media. The phone CS reps know nothing. I was invited in the program - got the 'welcome' letter and was told my badge would go live May 5th - it's now July 19 and nothing. And they don't respond to emails. It's like I got ghosted. Frustrating when you invited in - told one thing - and can't get help.
