I've been trying to post my driver's license, as per eBay's requirement to get my money, but nothing is working. Size or different formats but nothing.

I took a photo of mine, saved it as a jpeg and uploaded the jpeg. Worked just fine.

Maybe try sending your license to them with a prepaid return envelope?
