Postage options

I’m going to apologise in advance if this has ahead been brought up before

 I’m using an iPhone 13 and the app plays up a lot

 i am simply trying to relish some items and ever since eBay has switched up there way select postage, as how much I would like to charge and with which delivery company I want to use I get a blank screen . I have no way to adjust this and worried to check my other items in case it resets the postage I’ve had set up previously.

im not sure why eBay has changed this , there was nothing wrong with how it was before and flawless !

 I’ll try and attach a screen shot of what I am seeing ….

Because you are in the U.K. I would suggest that you are likely auto-enrolled in their new shipping adventure where eBay picks the shipping method to be used.  I believe it is mandatory for all NON-Business sellers.  Here in the U.S. we don't have this yet, so it would be best for you to ask in the country from which you sell.
