For 2020 taxes and earlier I used to find shipping costs in transaction downloads.  IS this information available to 2021?

For quick & Dirty statistics I use this

Select your time frame (Last Year) and click Generate Report

Lots of info there including shipping info

The quick & dirty method you mentioned only accounts for shipping charged to buyers, not price of labels purchased. Also the Payments -> Reports tab are missing a LOT of transactions for me -- I think it only recorded transactions paid with pending payouts, where I mainly use credit card.

Until I can find a better way to do it, I am searching for "Your eBay labels are ready" in my e-mail inbox and manually copying the hundreds of individual values into a spreadsheet. That's the only way to get an accurate number from what I can see

I just checked the .csv download

All the labels printed by ebay shipping label option are there, regardless of funding source

what is NOT there is any off-site postage (pirateship, shipstation, stamps.com etc.....)

It is a compilation/cumulative total on the quick & dirty (performance ---> sales) option based on the period selected.....

I will check the 'reports' .csv and see...i 'thought' both values were there somewhere....

do you mean all the labels you purchased regardless if it was for your buyers?

Just to piggy back a little on Monica's response. Don't forget to obtain any shipping costs that you may have purchase via paypal, pirate, directly with any of the shipping couriers, or any other shipping label method. The ebay report is only for shipping labels purchased directly on ebay. 

Good luck with the 2021 taxes! It was a bit challenging for me due to some data being on PayPal & the majority from ebay. I transitioned to managed payment in March. Hence my CPA is having fun with reports/paperwork from ebay & PayPal. 🙂
