Short & simple. Buyer bought, I shipped. Buyer received & then posted negative feedback claiming I was a "great seller." No communication from the buyer claiming to be unhappy with the item. No communication from my message asking if there was a problem & how I could fix it. No communication when I filed a feedback fix hoping they had made a mistake. Nothing. And this has left me with a bad look....for now. Do I have any other options or am I stuck with this? Although some might say I should be grateful for the positive words, this is still a negative & a mark on my selling account. Also, no communication at all is a terrible way to do business on ebay. Be kind & thanks for any help.

Use the removal tool (someone will be along shortly to provide the link, I don't have it).
It's against policy to use negative feedback to make a positive comment and it is removable.
In the event things have changed around here and they don't remove it... people will see it and not give it another thought.

Negative feedback doesn't leave a mark on your selling account. Returns and cases do if you don't handle them yourself allowing eBay to step in.
The feedback doesn't violate feedback policy and perhaps your buyer doesn't have a clue what the red donut is.
You can try this Request To Remove feedback it can be found on the first page of Help Contact at the top of any page on eBay or eBay Help upper right on any page in this forum.
If feedback is removed it will be done within minutes of submitting. There is a comment box where you can add why you feel the feedback should be removed. Be sure to be calm, no name calling, just the facts.
Good luck.

Actually it's the other way around, you can't leave positive feedback with a negative comment.

Actually it doesn't matter. That is only an example. Feedback is supposed to be consistent with the type no matter negative or positive.
Feedback content should match the positive or negative rating that was given in both buyer and seller feedback. For example, a negative comment should not be left with a positive rating.

Congrats. It was a policy violation. However, I suspect they clicked on the wrong thing by mistake. Glad you got it removed.
