Today, I called eBay with a request for a FVF refund on a item that was returned some time ago based on a Paypal request for refund filed by a buyer. I initially was mistaken on the chain of events and this made it more difficult for the customer service representative to figure out how to resolve my problem. But, she was patient & asked a few questions was professional and offered suggestions. I finally got the sequence of events straight and she told me she would consult with a supervisor and call me back. Within minutes, I received both a email and a phone call from the customer service representative and my problem was solved and a final value fee refund was issued. I'm not sure I can say her name here - but I did respond with a email of appreciation & if I get a survey (and I hope I will) my feedback will be glowing.
Just wanted to share something happy and positive.
