You can't receive positive feedback as a seller until you have sold a listing. You can buy and raise your feedback number.

Feedback is divided into two categories one for you as a buyer and one for you as a seller. Your buyer feedback is dependent on the seller you bought the item from leaving you feedback. Your seller feedback is dependent on the buyer leaving you feedback. You have to actually sell something to received feedback and you cannot receive it before you have sold something. A couple of notes.
1. Feedback is not mandatory and the actual feedback percentage from buyers has dropped off over the years.
2. Your feedback as a buyer will always be positive since sellers are prohibited from leaving negative feedback for buyers. If they attempt to do so the buyer can contact eBay and have it removed.

Buy something? Sell something? You can't get a positive feedback without a transaction taking place.

Feedback is not required, but potential good feedback given by someone that buys from you, can help increase the chances of making more sales. Feedback, you are a buyer, really does not give buyers any information, other than you were happy with what you bought or paid quickly.
Or?
Are you trying to get feedback on how the listing is put together? If that is the case, look at other listings of the same types of items, see how they are done. Click on the "Advance" drop down in the upper right corner. Type in what you are selling in the search box, click sold, search. If items like yours are selling, look at those listings. Clicking on the other 2 boxes in the sold window, "completed" and "Title and description", might give an indication on market saturation or how many times same items have been rolled over/relisted.

You can't. Only a Buyer can leave you feedback for a "sale" transaction. You need to "sell" to build your feedback profile on your user ID.
It takes time. Feedback is something a Seller "earns". Not something that can be bought or fabricated.

You have to earn them if you're a seller. They don't just appear automatically. You can accumulate some feedback by making purchases and being a buyer.

I think from the wording, the OP may be asking about feedback on how their listing is put together, not feedback given after the sale? As in critique, their proposed listing before going live. That is why I added both to my reply.

Impossible to know with the post and dash crowd.....
For many, not even certain they are interested in the actual replies....

Might be up there with posting on the forums with no message or question, (in my OP) hoping someone clicks on their items for sale to check them out, looking for a sale.
Not saying that is the case here, but ya, lots of post that the OPs never come back to. Sad!

I'm not even going to bother to tell you all where the seller is from....
I'm not even going to reply to these sellers anymore. I think @redmodelt and @katzrul15 are correct, they are just hoping for "sales." Which...they mostly likely won't find here.

Don't have to say location, I checked location of OP before posting

Post and dash! They ask a question and then we ask them a question and they never return! Seen that a lot!
But my experience is SL usually posts thank you for your answer to each and every person, even if the answers sucked.

I didn't even bother to check, I had a pretty good idea from the get go where they were located. A lot of post I have been seeing of late, with just the title or short message, most are US sellers or showing US as the location.
