eBay's terrible customer support. Tried to do everything possible to correct a problem that was either created by eBay or by the seller. Incorrect shipping address after already paying and printing the shipping label. After an hour on the phone with customer support, (over 2 hours combined) they (eBay) reprint another label charging me another $35.00. They shift and accept no responsibility for issues that they create and leave us having to wait for our money for a problem that is their problem.

How did you find out the address was "incorrect"?
Did the label you printed through eBay have a different address than the shipping address on the PayPal payment?

Sellers are required to act promptly but ebay gives itself an abundance of time.
