Who sends two plastic keychain puzzles from Germany to the United states wrapped in index cards and put in a white letter envelope and now questions why I received them smashed? Not even the word fragile on the envelope.
You really expected that to get to me with no problem?

EMERALD..
Was it perhaps a clueless New seller? So are you fikling a Snad Dispute?

Who? Plenty of people do especially on eBay where there are lots of novice sellers who don't have a clue.
Just one of many reasons that eBay isn't the preferred choice anymore for many online sellers.
If they are smashed, open a claim, get your money back and maybe there is a faint chance the seller will get the message.
On the other hand, your seller may have shipped hundreds of items the exact same way and never had any damage reports. I've had very few in transit damage reports over the years but the ones I have had would have happened no matter how I had packed them (ie: fork lift tire tracks on the package).

Over 1,000 fedback. Only one neutral. Hardly a newbie.
But maybe she is not that adept at International orders.
I did file item arrived damaged. I am waiting her reply.

@emerald40 I had something similar happen a while back where some items that could be damaged came over in a plastic clamshell inside a plastic mailer ... yep, clamshell got smashed a bit ... fortunately I was able to repair the damage but when I messaged the Seller they said that's how they ship for the price they charge and typically they don't have problems (REALLY?) ...

Shipping charge was comparable for what I have paid for similar items sent from France and Germany.
Her message was that she may ship to US but you have to ask first. So I did and she agreed to it.
But I wonder if she just does not have that much experience for International orders. Most likely had no problems selling it locally.
But I have bought similar key chain puzzles from sellers in the US - over 50 of them - and not one came in a letter envelope. All were put in small boxes with padding and then placed in a bigger box with packing peanuts.
