Policy Clarification?

Can anyone clarify for me the policy around what I'm allowed and not allowed to post here?

Obviously, I'm not allowed to try and sell my business products or anything on here. 

But, for example, if I was looking for a seller to help in selling off used products from my business on eBay, is that allowed, or is that some sort of marketing violation? Since it wouldn't be driving people off eBay but specifically looking to get help in selling stuff ON EBAY, is that allowed?

I'm pretty sure that's not allowed either..

Here's the thing; you should be looking local for help to sell off your items for several reasons.

One, if they're listing for you- they need to have access to the items to inspect, photograph etc..

Two, if listed under YOUR account, you will be taking all the risk.

Three, there are way to many ways for this to go south if done remotely..

The list goes on but you get the idea..

I, personally, would be looking locally to find help. Word of mouth or job site postings maybe..
