It looks like a lot of people paid for something that wasn't as described. Lots of unhappy customers.  These strikes are valid and I'm sure someone has already reported this issue.  If you're not going to be honest with people, suspension is going to be the end result.

I bet eBay will not suspended that account. Rather, it will suspend mine for exposing it's hypocrisy.

You've pointed it out to us. I really don't care enough to complain about it. 

But just looking at it i can almost guarantee a suspension is coming. Coming soon.

Sellers don't get strikes @ernern_8771  buyers do. The feedback is there for you to check and stay away from this type if seller - no point stressing yourself over something you can't control and if reporting over the last 4 months has done nothing, time to move on..

You are right but I do not want eBay to be a monopolistic corporate. I am not giving up.

That seller hasn't gotten any negs in the last month - maybe they cleaned up their act.
