We have 287 positive feedback, our listings are very descriptive, all of our listing has pictures yet we are not converting our views into sales as much as we would like to. Are there any recommendations? Are we using the correct keywords? I am not sure what else to do. I see all these big time sellers, selling a ton of quantities of smiliar products. Some of our items get very few views and the others that get a lot of views with a lot of watchers are not converted to sales. Any recommendations would help. Thank you and happy holidays!

I neither sell nor buy jewelry, so I can't tell if your prices are in line. (I'm sure someone else can, though)
I can tell you this: you're competing with over 12 million other items.
Over seven million in fine jewelry
A million and a half just in engagement rings.
With that type of competition it's not going to be easy, especially with so much cheap Chinese junk in all the categories. I know I haven't offered any help, but I think sometimes sellers don't realize just how many listings they're competing against.
We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did. - Thomas Sowell

You sell jewelry and it is a tough category. Millennials are not into expensive jewelry. That you have sold quite a few is impressive, but expecting daily sales will be something very difficult.

Views & watchers don't mean a thing. Most of my sales just come from nowhere~~Items with very few views and no watchers. There are many reasons members may watch your items and usually it doesn't mean they have any intention of buying it. I have an item right now that SAYS it has had over 400 views??? I know that can't be right and it has no watchers. It may sell and it may not. It is just waiting for the right buyer to come along and he will buy it and pay for it~~IF I'm lucky.

Your listings look pretty good and you seem to be getting more than your share of action in the crowded jewelry category.
You might get a small bump by upping your retruns to 30 day.
Also, make your first few title keywords the best. But I might (maybe) avoid the word gold (or similar) as MANY people search for it looking for steals. So you get the views but the ebay bots think the listing is a bad one for not getting more bids or watchers. I'm not sure on this so you might try to test it out.
Good luck!
