Please help - I may have accidentally deleted a new sale. If I did, how can I retrieve it?

Hello, I may have accidentally deleted a new sale.  How can I retrieve that information?  Thanks for any help.

In Seller Hub under Orders,  select All Orders. 

Should be there.

I believe that is where I deleted it from.  It is not showing there now.  Is there a way to retrieve an order that has been deleted from there?  Thanks!

The other place you will have a record of the sale if it is paid for is the Recent activity on the right side of this page: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

Could you have archived it by mistake?  You can check archived on the left side of the page.  If you don’t see it there, doublecheck the date.

Go to your seller hub page and click the "Payments" tab near the top center, then select "all transactions". Then scroll down the list.

Thank you.  I do have the ones there under the Payments tab all accounted for.  So even an accidentally deleted sale would show up in this list?  I may have deleted it before it was paid for.  Would it show up in another area?  Thanks for your help.

Do a "Sold Items" Search "By Seller" using the "Advanced" link next to the "Search" Button top right of an ebay page. It will bring up what you sold in the last 90 days - You can compare it to the sold items in your seller hub.
