You should see the disaster in clothing and shoes. eBay forces us to enter info in the “size” field despite the size variations already accomplishing this in the drop down menu.
So we are told by agents the best thing to do is add all the sizes available separated by commas. This seems logical enough.
However when you search for clothing and shoes with multiple size options, you are shown ONE random, specific size attached to the item you are selling despite having numerous other options.
So buyers are only seeing one random size when they are scrolling through the items, many unaware that if you click the photo it will give you more options for sizes.
It’s amateur hour here, as if they want to fail.
