Please Help!!!!!!

On Feb 12 eBay shut off my account for a prescription drug. I called and girl lifted restriction. eBay admitted error. Not a prescription.  Now Feb 20th all my listings over 1000 are still hid. I have basically no sales for 8 days. I'm getting ruined financially. I have called customer service 10 times! They say account is live. It's not. My store says I have no inventory available. None of my listings show in a search. I have 1 lady Veronica that admitted there was something wrong in a transcript call. I can't argue anymore. I got pretty nasty last time I called. I pay eBay 3000/month and this is absurd. Anyone have a number, email etc.  for contact? I been told a supervisor would reach out within 24 hours. I haven't got one. I am not happy. I have proof my account is hid and eBay looks the other way. Been told IT been working on it

You are spinning your wheels talking to the CS reps in the Philippines.  They tell you what you want to hear and then move you along.  They solve nothing.

The are US base CS agents who work for ebay and there have been many positive outcomes posted on these board concerning their ability to help.  Tell them what you have expressed here.  They're pretty good about getting back to people within a timely manner.

This getting to the point I'm going to sue. I have over 120.000 in inventory. I have refunds coming in with no cash in my account because of no sales. This company NEEDS a hotline. This call center is a joke. I'm really upset. I can't even find a email at eBay corporate offices. This foreign group is all they have. The only hope I have is the restriction is computer based and will end on the 10th day. If not I'm ruined.

Did you sign up with eBay's Managed Payments system? If not, your listings will be hidden until you do.

Have you tried refreshing or updating any items to see if they show up after updating?  

 

Maybe select 50 or so to edit.  Check the store categories. Then save and submit.  Check back after a few minutes, and see if they are showing up.  Just something I would try.

Here is some information that you can share with eBay on Facebook. It will hopefully help them to trouble shoot the issue. FYI, I checked some of the featured listings, and they did have shipping available to my zip code.

If I click on view listings, I see nothing.  But then if I click on the door to your store on the same page, I see your store but it shows that your store has no inventory in my location like the screen shot above by @lacemaker3 .  Weird.
