I received negative feedback and no payment.  Guy bought a pair of shoes,  took a long time to make payment.  Then had the nerve to leave me negative feedback.  He quickly deleted his account so I couldn’t find him.  He left negative feedback because the shoes were the wrong size.   Uh hello!  I listed them as size 9 and it reflects that in the listing.  Most importantly will you please remove the negative feedback?  Item number. 164212736675  Thank you Sam

Please Help

This is a user to user system and not contact eBay.

You need to contact eBay about this issue.

Do not try and call them at this time.

Use the help and contact at the bottom of the page.

The transaction was in May and the feedback was left over a month ago, so it's probably too late to get help from eBay support.

Your post is confusing. You say you got no payment, and then you say the buyer took a long time to make payment. Which is it?

That aside ...

  • If a buyer takes a long time to pay, that does not make his feedback removable.
  • If a buyer deletes his account, that does not make his feedback removable.
  • If a buyer claims you sent the wrong size shows, that does not make his feedback removable.

eBay has very specific criteria that determine whether a feedback is removable.

I see nothing in your post or in your most recent feedback that leads me to believe that it qualifies for removal. The feedback says you did not send the size that was stated in the listing.

eBay has no idea what you actually sent or what the buyer actually received, and they are not going to remove the feedback just because you claim the buyer was wrong.

We are all buyers and sellers like yourself, therefore no one to assist you with the negative. In the future, take a picture of the inside shoe tag with the size and put it in your listing. No confusion then, everyone could clearly see whether the item was incorrectly listed or not.
