Please Check Your Variation Listings In Search

I was just doing a search for my ornaments, using the term  Recycled Can Ornaments.  My variation composite/stitched photos are not showing at all for any of my variation listings.  The images being returned are random single items from within the variation and not all items from the variation listings are shown as individuals.  

Is anyone else seeing this?  Do we know if this is an intentional change?

As of 9am GMT my listings and shop on ebay.co.uk are showing the correct image.

Prompted by a day when I had one sale of £1.20, I edited 180 images to carry the banner 'Choose from [X] Colours' and then updated 45 listings with the new images.  Took hours. 

Great that the problem's fixed … but now I've got to change them all back to the original image.

I don’t know... is it? This photo glitch doesn’t cause sellers to end up selling inventory that they don’t have. The other glitch does. Wouldn’t that be a bigger issue?

I think we're talking about different bugs. I'm talking about the one where you view a variation listing and instead of showing you the total quantity of all variations like it used to (is supposed to) - then changing to show the variation quantity after you select a variation - instead, when no variation is selected, it shows you the quantity of the first in-stock variation in the drop down.

If your first in stock variation has only 1 left, but you have hundreds of quantity across all variations then the buyer's initial view of the listing misleads them into thinking you only have 1 item left, unless they take the time to drill down to the variation level.

The photos are fixed on my listings as of right now and I'm psyched I was wrong on the fix date. Let's see if this fix holds through Thursday night's site maintenance.

IMHO, I think I would leave those edited photos for a while to make sure the fix is stable.  I checked out a couple of your listings and the photos look fine to me with the extra wording.
