Is there a specific place to report another seller who has used every one of my pictures in her auction listing of the same item? VERO seemed a "maybe" but I was unable to add any details to the report.
Thanks

Sorry no..
There used to be but now eBay says when you upload photos they become part of eBay's catalog and can be used..
I sell unique "one of" items and messaged the photo thief explaining they were setting themselves up for an INAD because the products were NOT the same. Leather grain & details that would not match their item. It worked but may not work for you depending on what you sell.
eBay says you can send a message and ask them to take the photos down but they will not force it.
Sorry.

@bellissimo*63 Unfortunately no, there is no policy violation by another seller using your same photos. Once you upload them onto this platform they can be used by anyone else. May seem unfair but that is how eBay views it. There have been many threads about this topic before. You can always write the seller a kindly written request to stop using your photos, but it's up to them and how you word your request. Best of luck to you....

Not much you can do here unless you have a copyright on your pictures and even that would probably be difficult to get eBay to do anything about.

Well the jokes on her, cuz those pictures suck and I've been meaning to take new pictures of that item for awhile now.

No, people can use your pictures unless you have a copyright to said pictures.

LOL. So your real complaint is you are worried someone else may sell their item faster than you. Price makes all the difference more than a simple picture. Worry about that more.

The ironic part is I figured it out only because she was watching my item, I made an Offer to the watchers this morning & she accepted it!! But she thought someone had made her an offer on HER item because it's the same **bleep** pictures! She sent me a message saying she "bought by mistake and to cancel the sale".
Imma poke her with a stick for a bit.........

I would let the unpaid item bot get her, but that's just because I'm mean.

I have this happen all the time. I call ebay and explain it is my unique picture and the other sellers have no rights to it. Ebay makes them take it down. I have chosen for my items not to be added to the catalog. So no one else has rights to them.

I had this happen about a week ago. Someone was using my picture. I wrote them a message stating they are in violation of ebay picture policy and copyright . I told them to take the picture down immediatly. It was gone the next day.
