I've already talked to Indian CS and they claim no such address exists
Does anyone know the physical mailing address for ebay to send out physical court documents and a death certificate to to close a selling account ( a different account NOT this one)? I had a relative pass away and I am the representative of that estate now. :luckyme: 🙄 Hopefully I get reply notices in a timely matter, but if I don't reply just be patience and give me 24-48h.
Thank you.
P.S. If you are an ebay employee NOW you understand WHY I have not opted into your mismanaged payments system. Paying more and getting less is NOT something I'm into.

Per this:
https://www.ebayinc.com/company/contact-us/
I have no idea if that's where you should send such documents, or to which department you might direct them if you do, but it's the only physical address I know of.
You might ask first on eBay for Business on Facebook, which will put you in touch with U.S.-based knowledgeable people, so others say.

If you scroll way, way down, there's this: "If you need help closing the account of a deceased eBay member, please contact us instead."
I imagine OP has already been through that, with the typical result of speaking to an eBay CSR who knows very little, if anything, about the process and just mumbled a few words off an irrelevant script to end the call.

@mtgraves7984 I don't have the password for the account. Besides physical documents is all they need so I can settle any issues. I know last time I checked there was NO balances due and I was able to put a stop all active listings.
edit: Added the NO to balances due.

Got it. I worked with Verizon many years ago and the Death Certificate was all we could take, too. My sympathies...

I would like to add to anyone that doesn't know... Sending out notices via Registered mail are billable to the estate while lost emails ARE NOT. I have spent hundreds are these alone, not including the paper and toner.

@safan80 : This is a bit of a longshot, but do you have access to the computer normally used by the deceased? If you try logging in using his or her eBay ID on that machine, it may have their password stored on it to save typing, and will pop it in once you have entered the ID and tabbed down to the Password field.

How did you find out what documents to send?

How were you able to put a stop to all listings and confirm no balance due on the account if you don’t have the password to the account?
