Photos deleted during listing process

I just created a listing and hit the "List it" button.

Up popped the red banner saying I could not list without photos.

All my photos were deleted when I hit "List it."

Anyone else having this issue?

Use eBay listing software like GarageSale as you simply compile listings inside the application and automatically uploaded to eBay, even at a future date when you are home. Desktop applications have been the fastest way to list since 2000.

Much safer as eBay's can't loose your data as it stored on your computer.

Using Seller Hub is the slowest way to list.

I've had it happen with 'quick' listings if the pictures aren't done loading.  Haste makes waste.  Quick listings for me are from draft and usually only need images added.  Some days loading takes longer or just one picture may have an issue that slows everything down.  If you're at the bottom of the page submitting you can't see if the photos loaded.  I learned to always go back up and make sure before I submit.

Sometimes the application malfunctions due to the need to update the version or the accumulation of temporary files in the browser or application.

If you are using a browser such as Google Chrome or any other browser, clear the temporary files and use the latest version of the browser as well as the application.

It happened after the photos loaded and I had gone through and taken the time to spin them around, crop them, etc. Has never happened before and was definitely annoying.

I only list on my desktop. I never use the app for listing.

Are you saying this GarageSale app is better than listing directly on the eBay website?  I'm just a hobby seller so some of these bells and whistles that the big guys use may be overkill for me?
