Had this error message for the first time in over 20 years. Could not upload any photo's from my camera or from my computer. Tried everything...different camera's, deleted all photos and retook them. Dealt with this for 2 days, then I called Ebay customer support: (1-866-540-3229). Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with a very nice lady. She was able to upload my photo the the listing, but I couldn't. She placed a Technical Support ticket and the next day (a Sunday), I logged on to see if anything had changed...It was fixed and I can list again on Ebay. This is a very frustrating thing when you rely on extra income by selling and can't do it.

It appears that the issue is still there. A workaround that we are doing is to copy the .jpg files to the computer desktop first, then uploading to ebay. This has worked fine, but, it really does not explain why it is happening. Oh, and you still can upload an older picture directly from the phone to ebay without any errors. Not sure what has changed.

es ist wohl kein Fehler von ebay sondern von google chrome.

Browser wechseln und schon geht alles.

I also have the same error and the only fix that I've discovered so far is what was suggested on a previous post: Copy your photos and paste them onto your desktop and then grab them from there. Glad someone offered that suggestion. It works.

I had this error message for a couple hours this evening. I have never seen this before. Is it an eBay glitch or Windows? Within a couple of hours it worked itself out and I was able to upload. Thankfully!
