It's "message"...They do have telephone support...it's just impossible to understand a lot of the agents from overseas....big language barrier.

Don't' worry you can probably send them a DM on Instagram or create a tik-tok and send it to their customer support team for evaluation.

All jokes aside, I'm currently trying to resolve an issue using Facebook Messenger (chat) on the eBay for business page and have found this to be a great outlet. Not sure how the outcome of my current situation will unfold but they have definitely been of great help the other two times I've needed to use them in the last calendar year.

It's a shame though there aren't more streamlined and advertised routes or getting assistance from a knowledgeable and helpful employee though. I fear the more the "facebook" route is shared the less helpful that will become

Actually, I am just being general because I have had issue in the past that I was able to call on and now I cannot.

Not on this page and no they do not. Nowhere do I see a way to call them nor can I find one with a google search, so again no and the question still remains. Do you think they should have a direct phone contact number?
