Personalization Box not showing up

"Personalization" is checked in "Item Specifics" and instructions are in the box but the Personalization Box but is not showing up in the listing.

Can you provide a link to the listing?  I took a quick glance at your listings but I couldn't find one that looked like it should have a personalization option.

Thanks!  I looked at it and it does show the "Personalize" option is set to Yes, with the Seller Notes “Custom made upon ordering”, but does not show a box for personalization from the buyer. 

I did see that it's a variation listing, and I couldn't find anything in a quick search indicating if those two features play nice together, so I'm going to tag someone with experience with those.  @wastingtime101 have you ever seen someone successfully using the personalization options on a variations listing, or have any suggestions for this poster?

You know you can't have multiple listings for the same item.
