Person won’t return

I sold my nine hundred dollar I phone on eBay the person didn’t like it I refunded the money now she is trying to keep my phone what do I do

You refunded without having the "buyer" open a return case on eBay?

Did she file a claim?

If so, the protocol is for the buyer to return the item and then when you have it back, you give her a refund.

If you sent her the phone and then refunded her money without a return, there isn't much you can do but to hope she returns the phone.

When you say she is "trying to keep my phone" what does that mean?  I assume you have communicated with her?
