So a little more information. The item is about 2000 dollars. I mentioned it will require a signature in the listing. Buyer pays. I inform him a day later that I am on my way to the post office and to make sure he is home to sign for it. 3 day shipping using eBay shipping label through USPS. Guy comes back with he’s from Columbia(I’m thinking he meant his English was spotty, no problem). Problems begin. “ I never had this issue before with packages. Can someone else sign for me? Blah blah. What country is my items coming from?” I’m like, “what? I’m in NJ, and your address is in Miami Florida.”. Delivered status to Final Agent within 2 day. I thought that was the end of it. Then the tracking started to update after the delivered status multiple times. I put the number in USPS site and it’s awaiting pick up at post office. I google his address, and it’s some courier service in a Miami. He ghosts me for 2 days, and then comes back that he is a apparently a driver and if I can verify the package. He can’t reschedule on the post office site for whatever reason. What should I do at this point? I think he is using a courier service and is outside the country. I don’t want to loose my money and the item. It sold Feb. 8th, and technically received delivered status Monday the 11th. I have international sales block.
Weight is correct.
Box is 20x20x20.
Stated in listing and on ship date that signature was required.
Dude maybe in Columbia and using freight forwarding.
His address is this SION SERVICES GROUP. It doesn’t say unless you actually google the address. Looks like a standard home address with his name on top.
Very nervous.
He does have positive buyer feedback though.

I would not "verify" it.
I would call USPS and have the return it to you.
And do not do it through eBay.

Aslo positive feedback means NOTHING.
I have auto feedback/I leave feedback as soon as item is paid for.
All of those sellers could have hated him.

Can I do it through my local PO as I know the people there, or do I call his post office? I just don’t want this buyer to open up a claim on me and then eBay refunds, and then someone magically is able to pick up the delivery.

So long as this is the address eBay provided when you were told to ship it should be fine.
When the buyer uses their own freight forwrder your responsibilty as a seller ends once the item has reached that FF address.

If it is awaiting pickup at the PO, USPS will make them sign for it to collect it and show an ID. If they do not pick it up timely, it will route back to you.
Confusing though that it showed delivered to a Freight Forwarder and is now at the PO awaiting pickup.
If it were me on a $2k item, I would call that PO and give them the tracking and inquire. They will tell you what is happening concerning this parcel. Good luck!

Yeah. The status was available for pick up at like noon Monday the 14th. Then throughout the day multiple times, “Delivered to agent for Final Delivery.”. I got one yesterday morning as well. A total of 3 so far. The Post Office only shows the initial “available for pick up” prior to all the final delivery notices. Status going by eBay was it delivered after first agent message. I’ll go to my post office this morning and inquire. Ugh.

Would still call that PO and they can tell you.
My guess is that FF was unavailable to sign for the parcel at delivery and it was held at the PO for pickup by the FF. Calling them will lend clarity to your situation for certain.
Again, if it is a FF, and the parcel is being routed by the FF to your Buyer, your job is now done.
When you click on the e-Bay USER ID that bought this item - what country does it say that ID is registered to?

I ended up getting signature confirmation printout from the post office with company he used. The buyer did get in contact with me the same day stating his shipping company signed for it. He mentioned his country of origin too. Thanks for the help everyone!
